1-to-1 Coaching

1-to-1 Coaching provides a highly personalized and flexible approach to leadership development by tackling any personal or professional challenges.

In this context, leadership means leading yourself and/or others.

We will explore practical ways to leverage your impact, performance, productivity, communication and engagement while also considering blind spots and your environment. We might also do some deeper work depending on your goal and the number of sessions you have.

I work with personality tests and 360° assessments to kick start the coaching engagement and/or to accelerate the learning for my clients.

The recommended length of a session varies from 1 to 2 hours, depending on your needs.

Topics often include:

  • Exploring new perspectives and defining new paths forward
  • Making important decisions
  • Activating personal strengths & identifying blind spots
  • Clarifying roles and responsibilities in your job/team
  • Regaining your motivation back

I offer virtual, face-to-face, and “Walk & Talk” sessions (location permitting).
